Today I wanted to mix things up and go for something more difficult.

 

The workouts in the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Challenge are great for a beginner, but I really want to pushed. So I have tried a sampler from the Sam Wood 28 Programme.

 

 It was way more dynamic and I felt like a giant elephant doing some of the moves...fun! But it's been an hour and my face is still red!!

 

Workout:

 

Set your interval timer to 50 seconds on/10 secs rest x 4 rounds.

 

Exercises:

 

Squat Thrusts

Tuck Jumps

Mountain Climbers

Breakdance Hand to Hand Rotating Flip

High Knee Jog

Split Lunge Jumps

NFL Footballer Toe Taps
