Not quite 5 but better than 10 is 7 Reps...of 7 exercises...over 7 rounds!
Todays' workout was a nice little burner to do while my little one was asleep. You can switch in any exercises, I just made sure I aimed at different body parts i.e. arms, full body, abs, legs etc. I was just itching to get my hands on a barbell so I used it for deadlifts.
This workout definitely worked my whole body and whipped me into a sweaty mess.
Yay! That's the idea after all.
All over in about 35-40 minutes.
