Around six years ago I was tipping the scales at 115kg, I never worked out and I shifted between crash dieting or pigging out!

 

As a stay at home mum with two young children, I was perpetually tired and unhappy. I just knew that the body I was in, was not the body I wanted.

Flash forward a few years and my health and fitness rap sheet includes everything from a 30kg transformation, to becoming an All Star Cheerleader, CrossFitter, Olympic Weightlifter and Competitive Strong Woman to opening my own boutique gym and studying as a nutritionist.

 

But there were plenty of tough times along the way, which included burning out and having to close my beloved gym in 2015.

 

Then 2017 saw me rising from the ashes. Having my third baby, turning 40, starting a blog and, best of all, returning to the fitness game by reopening my Pretty Fit gym.

 

I’m now dedicated to balancing my world so that I can enjoy my young family, love my fitness career and be the best version of myself possible.

Running Pretty Fit is where I belong. I love motivating my Pretty Fit Girls to be their very best selves and learning to totally and utterly love how amazing they are.
